Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
Information Can Change
Record indexes are corrected, offices revise portals and fee schedules, and archive holdings can move or gain digitized material. We aim to keep references current, but no detail is guaranteed at a particular moment. Confirm important information with the custodian before relying on it.
Legal Advice Is Not Provided
Nothing here is legal advice. The material identifies Cibolo and Guadalupe County record sources, but it cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Use Information Lawfully
Public records support transparency, not harm. Do not use material found through this reference to stalk, harass, threaten, or injure anyone. Misuse can violate Texas or federal law and violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
Records Stay With Custodians
Cibolo Residents Directory hosts no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It directs readers to the offices, libraries, and portals that keep them. Verification, copies, and corrections must be requested from the proper custodian.
